1006 ET - Finning International has a "higher and more resilient earnings/return on invested capital profile" than the market assumes, according to TD Cowen in a report. Analyst Cherilyn Radbourne says her view is based on stronger cost efficiency, rising product support revenue and broad-based growth in key regions for the world's largest Caterpillar dealer. Radbourne says Finning's exposure to structural themes such as energy transition, data-center power demand and Canadian infrastructure investment aren't fully reflected in estimates. TD Cowen raises its target price to C$120 from C$115. (adriano.marchese@wsj.com)
