IDEAYA Biosciences (IDYA) has enrolled the first patient in its phase 1 clinical trial evaluating IDE892 in combination with IDE397 to treat non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer, the drugmaker said Monday.
The oncology company is also developing a third proprietary program for MTAP-deleted solid tumors via ongoing preclinical toxicology studies to back its filing of a new drug application with the US Food and Drug Administration in H1 of 2027, it said.
Shares of IDEAYA were up 1.4% pre-bell.
