Enliven Therapeutics (ELVN) said Monday it closed an upsized underwritten public offering that raised about $460 million in gross proceeds.

The offering included 10.53 million common shares, including the full exercise of the underwriters' option to buy an additional 1.6 million shares, priced at $37.50 each, and 1.73 million pre-funded warrants sold in lieu of common stock to certain investors.
