HSBC (HSBC) said all of its digital banking services in Hong Kong had resumed normal operations before 2 p.m. local time after some customers encountered issues accessing the bank's mobile app earlier in the day, Reuters reported Monday.
The lender said it resolved the issue and apologized for the disruption after some customers experienced difficulties accessing certain services, according to the report.
HSBC did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
