Hopson Development Holdings (HKG:0754) recorded contracted sales of around 737 million yuan in May, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Of the total, property and decoration contracted sales stood at 627 million yuan and 110 million yuan, respectively.

For the five months ended May 31, contracted sales reached roughly 2.79 billion yuan, comprising 2.37 billion yuan and 422 million yuan property and decoration contracted sales, respectively.

Gross floor area for the five months was approximately 144,012 square meters, with an average selling price of 16,440 yuan per square meter.
