China Suntien Green Energy (SHA:600956, HKG:0956) said Hebei Guofu Equity Investment Fund Management intends to buy between 15 million yuan and 30 million yuan of shares in the company, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

As part of the plan, Hebei Guofu Equity Investment Fund Management acquired over 3 million, or 0.0667%, of the company's Hong Kong-listed shares for around 9 million yuan the same day.

Hebei Guofu Equity Investment Fund Management, a unit of China Suntien Green Energy's controlling shareholder Hebei Construction & Investment Group, will increase its holding by a maximum of 0.5% of the company's issued shares within 12 months.
