Mondelez International (MDLZ) said Monday it has appointed Amit Banati as chief financial officer, effective July 1.

Banati succeeds Luca Zaramella and most recently served as the CFO of Kenvue, the company said.

Following the appointment, Zaramella will continue as chief operating officer to focus on commercial operations, Mondelez said.
