AIM ImmunoTech Trial of Ampligen With AstraZeneca's Imfinzi to Treat Pancreatic Cancers Doses Last Patient

AIM ImmunoTech (AIM) said Thursday that the last patient has received their first dose in the phase 2 DURIPANC clinical trial of Ampligen in combination with AstraZeneca's (AZN) anti-PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor Imfinzi to treat metastatic pancreatic cancer.

The immuno-pharma company said it expects primary endpoint analysis to begin in December, with topline results expected in Q1 of 2027. The primary endpoint is clinical benefit rate, which is the proportion of patients achieving stable disease, partial response or complete response at 24 weeks following the initiation of combination therapy.

Analysis of the secondary endpoints is expected to begin in June 2027.

Shares of AIM ImmunoTech were up 4% pre-bell.
