Texas Ventures Acquisition (TVIV) said late Wednesday it has priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 each.

The company said it has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 2.25 million units at the initial public offering price to cover any over-allotments.

The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and begin trading Thursday under the symbol "TVIVU", the company said.

Each unit consists of one class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to buy one class A ordinary share at $11.50, subject to certain adjustments, according to the company.

Once the securities constituting the units begin trading separately, the class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols "TVIV" and "TVIVW," respectively.

The offering is expected to close on June 22, subject to customary closing conditions.
