Pengana Private Equity Trust (ASX:PE1) said the Nasdaq listing of SpaceX could add about $55 million to its net asset value (NAV), implying an 18% increase and a gain of around AU$0.29 per unit based on SpaceX's closing price of $191.82 on Wednesday, according to an Australian bourse filing on Thursday after market hours.

The estimate includes fees and carried interest allowances, but the final June 30 NAV may change with movements in SpaceX's share price, exchange rates, portfolio valuations, and other factors before its July release, the filing said.

The private equity trust cautioned that SpaceX's share price may fluctuate significantly before the end of the month.
