Guardian Metal Resources (GMTL) acquired Lincoln Estates Group, adding 841 acres of land and annual water rights of 2,540 acre-feet near its Tempiute Tungsten Project in Nevada, the company said Tuesday.
The property, located less than 10 miles from the Tempiute project, includes land zoned for multiple uses and water rights held with the Lincoln County Water District, the company said.
The company added that it acquired full ownership of Lincoln Estates for $1.3 million in cash through its wholly owned subsidiary, Golden Metal Resources.
