Legend Biotech ADSs Fall After Company Announces Public Offering

The American depositary shares of Legend Biotech were trading lower in the after-hours market, following news the company commenced an underwritten public offering of $225 million of ADSs.

After the bell, the cell therapy company's ADSs were trading 8% lower, at $30.84. The ADSs finished the day's regular session with a gain of less than 1%, closing at $33.52.

Year to date, the company's ADSs have gained over 54%.
