SailPoint (SAIL) is well-positioned in a durable and growing identity security market and for opportunities in agentic artificial intelligence, RBC Capital Markets analysts said in a note emailed Wednesday.

Analysts said the company is likely to face upside throughout the year as its commentary on an inflection in agentic AI remains bullish.

SailPoint's fiscal 2027 guidance is "conservative" as it refrains from predicting when AI will begin to have a positive impact on results.

Analysts said that SailPoint's fiscal 2029 topline targets are achievable despite the implied acceleration, as modernizations will accelerate and provide a healthy uplift along with the extensive agentic opportunity.

RBC retained an outperform rating and a $19 price target on the stock.
