Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) said Wednesday it received a follow-on production order for a fully automated FOX-XP wafer-level burn-in system from a major supplier to the data center optical transceiver market.

The company said the system, which can test nine wafers simultaneously and includes a WaferPak Auto Aligner and FOX WaferPak Contactors, is expected to be delivered within the next six months.
