2337 GMT - Concerns around funding an expansion of Centuria Capital's ResetData platform have been partially addressed for now, says Jefferies. Centuria Capital is raising A$300 million at A$2.00/share. Analyst Andrew Dodds says the property manager is taking advantage of a 31% rise in its share price over the past month. Jefferies estimates the raising will only hit earnings by less than 1% in FY 2027. "This, however, doesn't take into account the potentially higher returning reinvestment of proceeds in funding the expansion of ResetData through the 23MW pipeline and acceleration of the revenue/earnings profile," Jefferies says. It retains a buy call and raises its price target by 6.4% to A$2.66/share. Centuria Capital last traded at A$2.18. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
