Telus (TU) unit Telus Digital has partnered with ElevenLabs to deploy the company's ElevenAgents voice artificial intelligence platform for enterprise customer service applications, the companies said Monday.

The partnership stipulates that Telus Digital will serve as a preferred implementation partner for ElevenAgents, providing implementation, integration, governance and ongoing managed services for enterprise clients adopting the voice AI platform, the companies said.

The platform is designed to handle routine customer interactions while routing more complex inquiries to human agents, the companies said.
