Smurfit Westrock (SW) has removed its secondary listing in the UK, ending its dual-market structure and consolidating trading exclusively in the US, the company said Monday.
The company confirmed that its ordinary shares were delisted from the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and ceased trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange effective 8 am UK time on Monday.
Following the change, Smurfit Westrock shares are now solely traded on the New York Stock Exchange, marking a full shift to its primary US listing.
Smurfit Westrock shares traded 3.8% lower in the Monday premarket session in the US.
