Dymatic Chemicals (SHE:002054) subsidiary Dymatic High-Tech New Materials will apply to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange for a cross-border yuan and foreign currency centralized fund pool of up to 200 million yuan.

The pool, pending regulatory approval, will enable centralized external debt management, intercompany lending, and netting settlements, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Partner banks include Bank of Communications and Agricultural Bank of China.

Shares of the chemical producer closed 2% higher Monday.
