uniQure (QURE) has priced its upsized secondary public common share offering to about 4.9 million ordinary shares at $45.50 per share for gross proceeds of about $225 million, the company said Tuesday.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 741,758 additional shares.

The offering is set to close around Thursday.
