PagerDuty (PD) has named Eric Prengel as chief financial officer, succeeding Howard Wilson, who will retire before the end of fiscal Q2, the company said late Monday.

Prengel has more than two decades of leadership background in technology, investment banking, and management consulting organizations, the company said.
