Ondas (ONDS) said in a regulatory filing Friday that several of its shareholders plan to sell a total of up to about 3.4 million common shares of the company from time to time.
In May, the company said the shareholders acquired about 3.3 million shares in connection with Ondas' acquisition of Omnisys.
Shares will be sold by Ofer Yarden and Alfred Tzimet, along with other individuals and organizations, Ondas said.
The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the share sale.
Shares of Ondas were down more than 2% in premarket activity Friday.
