EVE Energy Subsidiary Receives HK$375 Million Dividend from Smoore

EVE Energy (SHE:300014) subsidiary EVE Battery Investment received a cash dividend of HK$374.8 million after investee Smoore International (HKG:6969) approved a dividend of HK$0.20 per share for 2025, according to an after-market filing on Wednesday in Shenzhen.

The dividend will have no impact on EVE Energy's 2026 consolidated profit as its long-term investment in Smoore is accounted for using the equity method, it said.

Smoore's shares fell 2% in Hong Kong, while EVE Energy's shares slipped more than 1% in Shenzhen recently.
