Tianneng Battery Group (SHA:688819) issued the second tranche of its sci-tech innovation bonds for the year, which amounted to 340 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.60% and a term of three years.
CITIC Securities (SHA:600030, HKG:6030), the lead underwriter, subscribed for approximately 30 million yuan of the current issuance.
The Chinese battery maker's shares fell nearly 4% during the afternoon trade.
