Teledyne Technologies (TDY) said Thursday that it has won a contract to be the advanced micro-electro-mechanical systems manufacturing partner for Noze and Sheba Microsystems, which are two recipients of the latest FABrIC Challenge funding awards.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
FABrIC, or Fabrication of Integrated Components for the Internet's Edge, is an initiative to strengthen Canada's domestic semiconductor capabilities and accelerate the commercialization of micro-electro-mechanical systems, photonics, compound semiconductors, and quantum technologies, the company said.
Shares of Teledyne were up 1.3% pre-bell.
