Kymera Therapeutics (KYMR) has completed enrollment in its phase 2b Broaden2 trial of KT-621 in moderate to severe atopic dermatitis ahead of schedule, the company said Thursday.

Enrollment was completed nearly six months earlier than expected, allowing Kymera to bring forward the topline data readout to year-end 2026 from mid-2027, the company said.

Kymera plans to initiate phase 3 trials in atopic dermatitis by mid-2027 and noted that its phase 2b Breadth trial of KT-621 in eosinophilic asthma is ongoing, with data expected in late 2027, it added.

Shares of the company were up 8.1% in premarket activity.
