Vividthree (SGX:OMK) signed a bond subscription agreement with One and One Global, after receiving a deposit from the latter, in connection with SG$1 million in convertible bonds at SG$0.0165 per conversion share.

The entertainment company had earlier signed a binding term sheet with the investor for the conversion bonds, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
