Castor Maritime Takes Delivery of Two Bulk Carrier Ships

Castor Maritime (CTRM) said Tuesday it agreed to buy the Kamsarmax bulk carrier ship M/V Magic Saturn for $41.9 million and that it took delivery of the ship on Monday.

Castor said it also took delivery on Monday of the M/V Magic Jupiter, a Kamsarmax vessel it agreed to buy on June 22.

Both acquisitions were funded with cash on hand, the company said.
