SuperX AI Technology's (SUPX) SuperX Optical Communications joint venture has completed business registration and full capital contribution, marking its official launch, the company said Wednesday.

The joint venture is jointly established by SuperX, a Singapore subsidiary of Suzhou TFC Optical Communication, and APEX VERVE, with a registered capital of 2 million Singapore dollars ($1.5 million), the company said.

SuperX holds a 45% stake, while the TFC subsidiary holds 35%, and APEX VERVE holds the remaining 20%, the company said.

The joint venture has already launched two silicon-photonics optical modules, the company said.
