Viking Acquisition Corp. II (VII) has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 per unit, the company said late Wednesday.
The units, each consisting of one class A share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, are expected to begin trading on NYSE under the "VII U" ticker on Thursday, Viking said.
Once the units separate, the class A shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols "VII" and "VII WS", respectively, it added.
The company said it also granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units to cover over-allotments.
The offering is expected to close on Monday.
