Financial stocks were advancing premarket Thursday, with the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) 0.7% higher.

The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 1.5% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 1.5% lower.

Deutsche Bank (DB) stock was 7% higher after the company said it has reached a new collective bargaining package for Postbank workers with trade unions.
