Technology company Plaid is considering an initial public offering, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The company, whose network helps fintech apps connect with customer accounts, has had preliminary talks with banks about a possible IPO, the report said, citing the people.
Plaid didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
