Adeia (ADEA) said Wednesday that its subsidiary has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against FuboTV (FUBO) and some of its units in the US District Court of Delaware.

In the suit, Adeia alleged that Fubo infringed four of its US patents related to technologies enabling advanced media delivery and streaming experiences.

FuboTV did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

Adeia shares were 0.5% higher in premarket trading, while Fubo was 0.2% higher.
