SF Holding's (HKG:6936, SHE:002352) controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Mingde Holding Development, released pledges covering more than 31 million A shares, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The shares represent 1.26% of Mingde's stake in the company and 0.59% of SF Holding's total share capital.

Following the release, Mingde has 762.1 million pledged A shares, accounting for 31% of its holdings and 14.5% of the company's total share capital.
