Toku (SGX:TKU) released Makimoto Kawa, a post-conversation transcription API, built and hosted in Singapore, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The API processes recorded calls, voicemail and archived customer interactions, returning transcripts with speaker separation and segment-level timestamps.

Meanwhile, the company is also planning to introduce a real-time API for live voice agents and in-conversation analytics.
