Qube Holdings Says Rubik Australia Secures Australia FIRB Approval for Proposed Acquisition

Qube Holdings (ASX:QUB) said Rubik Australia, which proposed to acquire Qube via a scheme of arrangement, received written notice from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) that the Australian government has no objection to the scheme, subject to certain conditions, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Rubik also received all consents to the scheme from the New Zealand Overseas Investment Office (OIO).

The scheme remains subject to court approval at a hearing scheduled for July 7.
