Idaho Copper (COPR) priced its underwritten public offering of stocks and warrants at $4.85 apiece, targeting about $18 million in gross proceeds, it said late Wednesday.

The shares began trading on Thursday, down 34% amid intraday trading volume of about 415,000.

Elicio Therapeutics' (ELTX) shares sank 34% after the company said Thursday it priced a registered direct offering of about 4.4 million shares.

More than 3.43 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 1.45 million.

Ouster (OUST) priced an underwritten public offering of 3.62 million common shares at $55.22 apiece, for expected gross proceeds of about $200 million, the company said Thursday.

Shares slumped 18%, with intraday trading volume at about 6.65 million versus a daily average of roughly 4.41 million.
