ATHENS, Greece, July 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Danaos Corporation, one of the world's largest independent owners of containerships (the "Company") $(DAC)$, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.90 per share on its common stock for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The dividend is payable on July 30, 2026 to holders of record as of the close of business on July 21, 2026.
