NobleOak Life (ASX:NOL) said it has received in-principle ex gratia relief from Victoria's State Revenue Office on insurance duty applied to general insurance premiums written between Jan. 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, following discussions with the Victorian Treasurer and revenue authorities, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company had recognized a AU$6.5 million provision as at Dec. 31, 2025, and now expects the final exposure to be lower, with the outcome to be reflected in fiscal 2026 accounts once resolved, the filing added.
