Value Convergence (HKG:0821) raised HK$9.1 million via a stock offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.

The firm issued 41.8 million shares at HK$0.218 apiece to raise funds for general working capital.

The shares sold represent 11.26% of the company's enlarged share capital.
