Element 25 (ASX:E25) and the US Department of Energy agreed terms of a revised grant agreement for $166 million in funding under the Department's battery materials processing grant program for the company's proposed high-purity manganese sulfate monohydrate facility in Louisiana, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The scope of work, budget-period tasks, and associated milestones were updated in the revised agreement following talks with the Department, the filing said.
