The Philadelphia Housing Index was falling 1.6%, and the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) was down 1.1%.
Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was increasing 0.5% to $63,874, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was slightly lower at 4.48%.
In corporate news, Brookfield (BN) has won a key court ruling giving it a central role in the sale of bankrupt solar company GoldenPeaks Poland, the lawsuit said Monday. Brookfield shares rose 1.5%.
