Helen of Troy (HELE) is likely to keep its fiscal 2027 guidance, while better sales trends, possible tariff refunds and easing cost pressure could support results, though limited earnings visibility still raises doubts, UBS said in a note.

UBS expects fiscal Q1 earnings of $0.01 per share, compared with the company's forecast for roughly breakeven earnings, while fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings are expected at $3.55 per share, within Helen of Troy's EPS guidance range of $3.25 to $3.75.

UBS forecasts organic sales growth of 0.3% in fiscal Q1, helped by 6% growth in Home & Outdoor, partly offset by a 5% decline in Beauty & Wellness, though sales are anticipated to be slightly higher in H1 of fiscal 2027 before turning slightly lower in H2.

Tariff refunds could help cover some commodity costs, but investors will likely focus on future sales growth and how cost changes affect earnings, the investment firm said.

UBS kept its neutral rating and $25 price target for Helen of Troy.
