Qoria (ASX:QOR) confirmed that it lodged a copy of the Australian Federal Court's orders approving Aura Consolidated Group's proposed acquisition of the company with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), and the scheme of arrangement is now legally effective, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

The company also said its shares will be suspended from trading on the ASX from the close of trading on Wednesday.

It is expected that the scheme will be implemented, and the scheme consideration will be issued to shareholders on July 17.
