IQM Quantum Computers (IQMX) said Monday that it has acquired certain assets of German tech company Quantistry.

The company said the assets include proprietary software applications, algorithms, and intellectual property. It also said it will retain Quantistry's core technical, quantum chemistry, and software engineering teams.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
