Chinese semiconductor company BASiC Semiconductor (HKG:9971) has completed its initial public offering and plans to list its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Wednesday, according to a Tuesday filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange.
The company offered 27.39 million primary shares at a final offer price of HK$31.62 per H-share, taking the total amount to HK$866 million, the filing showed.
After deducting listing expenses payable based on the offer price, the net proceeds to the company amounted to HK$766.1 million.
