Precision Tsugami (china) Likely Riding AI Infrastructure and Robot Capex Cycle

0231 GMT - Precision Tsugami (China) is likely riding the artificial-intelligence infrastructure and robot capital expenditure cycle, based on its recent nondeal roadshow, Daiwa Capital Markets analysts say in a research report. The company is a machine-tool beneficiary of AI infrastructure investment. Demand for AI liquid-cooling quick-disconnect connectors remains robust, with management indicating FY 2026 orders reached roughly 1,000 units and could double in FY 2027, the analysts note. Management also reported an acceleration in humanoid robot-related demand during April-June 2026. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to 80.00 Hong Kong dollars from HK$77.00, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 0.5% higher at HK$65.55. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
