CollPlant Biotechnologies (CLGN) on Thursday filed a prospectus registering up to 31 million ordinary shares for potential resale by investors who participated in its July 6 private placement.

The shares include those issued directly in the deal, along with shares tied to pre-funded warrants, Series A and Series B warrants, and warrants held by placement agent H.C. Wainwright, the company said.
