Brookdale Senior Living's (BKD) consolidated weighted average occupancy in June rose 200 basis points year on year to 82.5%, the company said Thursday.

June month end occupancy was up 20 basis points sequentially, it said.

Q2 consolidated weighted average occupancy rose 230 basis points from a year earlier to 82.4%, the company said, adding that sequential Q2 weighted average occupancy increased 30 basis points.
