KT (KRX:030200) has decided to donate 53 billion won in cash to the KT In-house Employee Welfare Fund, a nonprofit organization, according to a disclosure on Wednesday.

The donation, which represents 0.18% of KT's total assets of 29.7 trillion won as of end-2025, was approved by the board on July 14.

The contribution is scheduled to be made on July 23 and is subject to the Fair Trade Act (Article 26).
