SLB (SLB) said Tuesday it agreed to form a strategic alliance with Liberty Energy to provide modular infrastructure and integrated power generation systems for worldwide data center projects.

The partnership combines the company's modular data center components with Liberty's on-site electricity generation and intelligent power management systems, the company said.

The off-grid power configurations are designed to help developers establish computing capacity independently from traditional electrical grid connection periods, SLB said.
